I went to a Jason Mraz concert!  I’ve heard he is great live and…he really is!!  He is a great singer.  I originally had some tickets I bought from ebay but didn’t turn out and fortunately I got me some tickets for my birthday from my yuppie friends who are traveling all around Europe.  Tell you about it later ben.  Thanks for the gift!!  So the concert said it started at 7 with two other artists opening…Brett Dennen and G love and Special Sauce.  We decided to go late to skip the opening artists and we were glad we did.  It was a sold out concert with tons of people….even saw some people that we knew!

I had heard a lot about the counter in L.A. and when they opened one in Pasadena I was excited to try it. It’s a build your own burger place. Food is good.   My burger was a bit on the greasy side but I guess that’s why it was good.  We shared sweet potato fries, onion rings..which were more like onion strings and regular french fries.  The sweet potato fries were good but the best ones I’ve had are from here.the menu.  they give everyone a clip board and a pencil to check whatever items you want on your burger.  you can choose up to 4 toppings and there are premium toppings for a $1 each.  they have a variety of milkshakes and feature flavors of the month which was a candy corn shake and a burger of the month which was a halibut burger.sweet potato fries, french fries and onion rings with 4 different dipping sauces.  Garlic aoli, bbq sauce, ranch and horseradish mayothis was my burger, 1/3lb beef burger with cheddar cheese, red onions, mixed greens, tomatoes and garlic aoli sauce with jalapenos on the side on a honey wheat bun.ham on top with grilled onionstaco turkey burgerveggie burger with guyere cheeseturkey bunless burger
